We're winners! Home Cured brings home the bacon!

Our home cured bacon won Best Local Artisan Product of the Year in this the Northamptonshire Food and Drink Awards, announced this week. The awards were announced at an awards ceremony at Silverstone Circuit on wednesday, attended by 350 local food producers, wholesalers, retailers and enthusiasts.

We sent Martyn Boshell up to collect the award as he has been responsible for making the bacon, which is made from free range Blythburgh pork cured in our own dry cure. Thank you to everyone at the Northamptonshire Food and Drink awards for a glittering evening and a wonderful award of which we are very proud!
