A family feast! Sausage meat with a hint of garlic and herbs, wrapped in homemade puff pastry

A deliciously quick supper, our pork pinwheels are something a bit different to cheer up a weekday supper. Our own red tractor pork sausagemeat, garlic and herbs rolled in a twirl of homemade puff pastry. Just brush with egg or milk and pop in the oven - delicious! Also a great alternative served cold for picnics or lunches.
